Limits
Limits apply per API key, not per account. A source video can run up to 3 hours and 5 GB and give up to 20 clips, and files are kept for 7 days.

Jobs at once
Each API key runs up to 3 jobs at once. Create one more while 3 are still running and you get 429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After: 10. Nothing is queued, so send it again after the wait.

}To work through a backlog, keep 3 jobs going and start the next one each time a job finishes. Webhooks tell you the moment that happens.
Rate limits
Each API key can create 200 jobs and upload 20 GB per UTC day. Uploads count by the size you send to POST /v1/uploads. Both reset at 00:00 UTC. Past either one you get 429 RATE_LIMITED, with Retry-After set to the seconds until then.
30 or more failed auth attempts from one IP address within a minute also get 429, with Retry-After: 60. The message always says which limit you hit, as listed under RATE_LIMITED.
File retention
Clips, posters, caption files and uploaded videos are kept for 7 days. After that their URLs return 404. The job itself stays, so GET /v1/jobs/{id} still works, but its file links don't. Copy the clips you want to keep to your own storage.
An upload URL from POST /v1/uploads works for 1 hour.
