Workflow

From the stage to social while the event is on

Each session is one job. Start them as the recordings come in.

  1. 01

    Record

Record each session from the stage camera. A shot that follows the speaker crops better than a wide shot of the hall.

    One file per session

  2. 02

    Upload

Upload each recording as soon as the session ends. Up to 3 jobs run at the same time.

    POST /v1/uploads

  3. 03

    Get ranked clips

Strong claims, stories and quotable lines score highest, each with a reason your team can check before posting.

    score + reason per clip

  4. 04

    Post

Post clips while people still talk about the event, and send every speaker the clips from their session.

FAQ

Conference clipping, answered

How soon can we post clips from a conference?

Send each session as soon as its recording is ready. Jobs run while the event goes on, so your team can post clips the same day, while people still talk about the talks.

How many sessions can we process at once?

Up to 3 jobs run at the same time, and you can start up to 200 jobs a day. Each session is one job with up to 20 clips.

Does the crop follow a speaker who walks around?

Yes. With reframe set to auto, the 9:16 frame follows the person speaking. A camera shot that follows the speaker works better than a wide shot of the whole hall, where the speaker is small.

What does a whole conference cost?

Every session minute costs $0.03, every clip included. 40 sessions of 40 minutes is 1,600 minutes, so ~$48.00. Past 2,000 minutes in a calendar month the rate drops to $0.02.

Can we send the event livestream link?

No. Upload the session recordings as files or pass direct file URLs. Page links from YouTube or other video sites aren't accepted.
