The OpusClip API sits on top of its app and is still in beta. clipsdk is only an API, so the limits are written for code.
Pro, Max and Business plans

Per workspace on Pro and Max. Past 900 credits the API answers 403 API_MONTHLY_CAP_REACHED until the 1st, UTC.

Make a key and send a video. Your first $1 of credit works on the API.
No monthly cap
Minutes past 2,000 in a calendar month cost $0.02 instead of $0.03.
3 jobs at once
And 200 jobs a day per API key.
Sources up to 3 hours

Fair verdict
OpusClip is a full product with an editor. clipsdk is an API and nothing else. Pick the one that matches who does the clipping.

On the Pro and Max plans the OpusClip API stops at 900 credits, 15 hours of source video per workspace per calendar month, and answers 403 API_MONTHLY_CAP_REACHED until the 1st (UTC). The web app keeps working. clipsdk has no monthly cap: minutes past 2,000 just cost $0.02.
No. clipsdk is an API only: you send a video and get finished clips, captions, scores and reasons back as files and JSON. If people on your team fine tune clips by hand, the OpusClip editor is the better fit.
No. clipsdk takes a direct file URL or an upload through POST /v1/uploads, up to 3 hours and 5 GB. Download the video first, then send the file.
Send the request to POST /v1/clips with your clipsdk key, rename videoUrl to video_url, turn clipDurations into min_seconds and max_seconds, put your topic keywords in prompt and set webhook_url. The webhook carries every finished clip, so you no longer call exportable-clips.
